Many people are wondering who created the ISIS. Many Arabs and Muslims are claiming that the US and/or Israel created the ISIS. Those rumors are persistent, even when you try to counter it with actual facts. I’m not going to repeat those arguments, so I let you all answer that question. The only thing I can think about assisting the claims for everyone is what Wikipedia has to say about the ISIS.
