Last two historical chances for Trump to overturn the elections

Does Trump has a chance to overturn the elections result in his favor? And do not listen to what the media trying to tell everyone, because they come up with unbelievable stories like “sedition” and “treason.”! Let us look at the facts. And the answer is yes and the battle will be historical. And what makes it true? The Twelve Amendment of the American constitution and the role of Vice President Pence as presiding as president of the Senate. Trump has two shots. And does it rely on something? It relies only on the Republican senators, Republican members of the House and Vice President Pence, not on anyone else. The Democrats can only watch and hope it goes away to deny everything.

Is there a reason for this?

I give you one example (from the thousands others):

On December 28, 2020, a group of state lawmakers, having performed an extensive analysis of election data, revealed troubling discrepancies between the numbers of total votes counted and total number of voters who voted in the 2020 general election.  These findings were in addition to prior concerns regarding actions by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the secretary of state, and others impacting the conduct of the election.

A comparison of official county election results to the total number of voters who voted on November 3, 2020, as recorded by the Department of State (DoS), shows that 6,962,607 total ballots were reported as being cast, while the DoS's Statewide Uniform Registry of Electors (SURE) system records indicate that just 6,760,230 total voters actually voted.  Among the 6,962,607 total ballots cast, 6,931,060 total votes were counted in the presidential race, including all three candidates on the ballot and write-in candidates.

So yes, there is a reason to ask critical questions and to investigate.

Or the commission or Mike Pence might not accept the Electoral College votes

On December 30, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) became the first senator to make a commitment to dispute the Electoral College results. On the 2nd of January 2021, eleven more senator joined him. They called for Congress to appoint a commission to conduct a broad emergency 10-day audit of he returns in the disputed states. What started with one representative, grew to 151 representatives! The media did not print this of course. Eleven Republican senators and 140 Republican house members object to the Electoral College Vote. That number is likely to grow (74 million Republican voters watch their representatives and their response put loads of pressure).

And do not think that this attempt to overturn the elections is the only way. The other way is for the Vice President Mike Pence not the accept the Electoral College votes.

If the commission or Mike Pence does not accept the Electoral College votes, the Twelve Amendment defines the final outcome for the last election.

In the American constitution, the Twelfth Amendment, states:

[I]f no person have such majority [of Electoral College votes], then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice.(emphasis added)

In the incoming House, 27 states have a Republican majority, 20 states have a Democrat majority, three states tied. Given the enormous pressure Trump’s 74 million (at least) voters putting on their Representatives from 2,497 counties across America, that’s a clear victory for Trump.

This is the show of the Republicans. But what about the Democrats?

In 2001, 2005, and 2017, three GOP presidents were contested and challenged their electoral vote by the Democrats. What the Republicans are actually doing for the first time in years is doing what the Democrats are doing almost every time a Republican president wins the election. And time after time they didn't get senators and members of the house together to make their case.

For two months, the Democrats have been saying this election is over and should not be challenged at all.

First, elections can be challenged, which is why the U.S. Constitution calls on the U.S. Congress to confirm the results.  Democrats should know this because they've challenged three elections in twenty years.

And secondly, what's wrong with hearing about vote fraud or whatever?

The growing pressure and a spectacle of millions

Millions of people are expected to arrive in Washington DC at "The Elipse", a 52-acre park south of the White House fence and north of Constitution Avenue and the National Mall and the hell with the corona restrictions, just like the Democrats did when they protested and rioted. It will be a huge rally and the largest ever assembled in Washington DC history. From what can be ascertained from social media and grassroots communication to CTH, millions are inbound, and the scale is growing exponentially.

And the mood of those millions, very close to where the action will take place, is very bad. In their perspective, it's a "... horrific, unacceptable, transformative, criminal theft in American history ..."

Expect more Republican representatives joining the call. If not, they can say bye bye to their reelections. It'll be clearly seen as a betrayal by the 74 million Republican voters.

What are the chances of a win for Trump?

Vice President Pence has the authority to give that 10-day window when there are at least one senator and one house representative demanding it. So I think it's likely that the commission will be formed. Think about the millions of people only hundreds of meters away, who want to have the head of any Republican who says otherwise.

Mike Pence’s Chief of Staff, Marc Short, released the following statement yesterday:

The Vice President welcomes the efforts of members of the House and Senate to use the authority they have under the law to raise objections and bring forward evidence before the Congress and the American people on January 6th.

The power of the Vice President Mike Pence?

The joint session of Congress will open with Vice President Pence presiding as president of the Senate. As president of the Senate, every objection comes directly to him, and he can rule any objection "out of order" or "denied."  His task will be to fulfill his oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and to ensure that the laws be faithfully executed.  This is a high standard of performance, and Vice President Pence will have two choices.  He can roll over on "certified" electors, or he can uphold the law.

Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution gives state legislatures "plenary authority" as enunciated in Bush v. Gore.  This is key, since the counting of votes discussed in Article II, the 12th Amendment, and 3 USC 15.  To this we must add the history of counting and objections recounted by Alexander Macris (here and here).

And how can the Vice President declare the election illegal? He can do that because seven contested states clearly violated their own (and federal) laws. That is why. Never mind the mountain of proof of fraud.

If the situation will come to this, and the attempts of the 151 senators and representatives fails, whatever the Vice President decides, people will be very angry and frustrated.

It is a difficult position for the Vice President. On one hand if he does not act and he approves the elections as it is right now, he clearly did not follow the law and protected and defended the Constitution of the United States and he will face a angry mob outside, the GOP and President Trump. On the other side, if he interferes, this might cause a period of unrest in America, which might be historical too.

And when they decide on the commission, what is next?

Who of the government officials would sit on this commission? And who would be in charge of the audit? And how long would it take to complete? Are we seriously believe that a commission could be formed quickly and get an honest audit completed in ten days? Things could extend beyond the January 20 inauguration date!

What is the response of the Democrats?

Democrats are busy producing their usual propaganda to paint those who will be attending the rally as “far right” agitators and extremists. Karl Racine, D.C. Attorney General, has expressed concern about the Proud Boys who will “pick fights, create damage, damage property, and then act in a very threatening way.”

If that would be the case as that propaganda claims, it is hard to explain why there are suddenly "millions of far right agitators".

But when you'll take a look at the expected millions, you'll see the same people who attended the Trump rallies, namely families, elderly, farmers, workers, teenagers, children and the like.

And if you listen to the news media all over the world, you'll be astonished with the language they are using. Some examples like "... some agitators are trying to steal the elections from President Elect Biden ..." or here is another one like "... a small group of senators try to steal the elections from ...". So funny and tragical. It is so obvious how objective the media actually is when they present the news of today. Just like they report the news about the COVID-19 pandemic: "... Super COVID threatens the lives of millions ..." and the like. It's not for nothing that the people in general (91%) don't trust the mainstream media anymore.

Support this effort or else ...

This is the show for the Republicans only. The Democrats can watch the potential horror show (for them). If this effort doesn't deliver the expected results, then ...

"None of the Republicans who accept the election results should be re-elected.  Each and every of them is a traitor to the people who donated to their campaigns, who voted for them.  They are not conservatives; they are only self-interested politicians who crave the undisturbed ability to enrich themselves they long enjoyed before Trump showed up to disrupt the status quo.  Those faux-Republicans should know they will not be re-elected.  They have revealed themselves to be people who lack core values, who are there for all the wrong reasons. "

That is what the millions of ralliers are thinking and telling everyone outside the building where the political battle take place. That is what the 74 million of Republicans are thinking and telling everyone else. And if they don't deliver, there is always Trump, who is expected to take revenge on the GOP.

What will happen on January 6th?  It is likely to be one of the most pivotal days in US history.  Everyone knows the Democrats initiated the greatest electoral fraud ever to occur in the US.  Everyone.  Even the Democrats know, and about 30% of them are willing to admit it to pollsters. And what would happen if it's proven that the Democrats try to get away with the fraud? For sure they would deny it till the end, because if they don't, it'll be their undoing for years to come.

Watch the unique drama of a lifetime at the 6th of January 2021

And believe me, at Wednesday, the January 6th 2021, promises to be the historical spectacle in the battle of politics and the millions of demanding masses at the "The Elipse", the 52-acre park south of the White House fence. History will be made there and hopefully in front of the cameras live.

Whatever the outcome is from the attempt of the Republicans, it will trigger a period of unrest. Mr. Biden is not the President Elect before this show is over and decided upon.

I always wondered why a population would vote for an increase of their taxes. Ha, ha.

  1. It seems that effort #1 will not have any chance to succeeding. It requires a vote for both parties (Republicans and Democrats). That will lever work.

So it’s up to V.P. Pence.
